Discover Denver’s Past with Randi Samuelson-Brown

Join us and Colorado native author Randi Samuelson-Brown as she discusses her new novel The Beaten Territory, a historical fiction novel set in Denver, circa 1890. Randi’s book follows the lives of Annie Ryan, who runs a second-rate brothel, and Lydia Chambers, a society woman suffering from a laudanum habit and a bad marriage. It is a rollicking tale of blurred lines and flowing booze and delivers a compelling look at the intrigues of the Wild West.
